How many hours per day can I safely wear scleral lenses?

This is very patient-specific and should be discussed with our own practitioners for what is right for each of us based on our own conditions. Some people are able to safely wear their lenses for up to 16 hours per day while others are restricted to limiting their wear time to only a few short hours.
